If you’re already in touch with potential TikTok creators and want to keep working with them through Influx — while tracking their video engagement and sales performance — you can easily use the Bulk Upload feature to add them to your campaign.
Here’s a detailed guide to walk you through the process:
Navigate to Campaign > Campaign Management.
Select the specific campaign where you want to add the creators.
Once you’re inside the selected campaign:
Click the Add Creators button.
Choose Other Ways to Add Creators.
Then select Bulk Upload.
Download the Bulk Upload Creators Template (Excel file).
Fill out the required information in the template, such as the creator’s name and email address (email is optional).
Once you’ve completed the template:
Click Click to Upload, or simply drag and drop the file into the upload box.
Influx will automatically start processing your file.
After uploading, Influx will verify the creator information. If the data is valid, you’ll receive a confirmation notification.
Once the creators are successfully uploaded:
You can manage them easily using Tags or Status inside your campaign.
You’ll also be able to track their video engagement and sales performance through Dashboard > Shop Video.
By using the Bulk Upload feature, you can quickly bring your existing contacts into Influx and take full advantage of the platform’s powerful influencer management and tracking tools.
