# How to Centrally Manage Sample Applications and Shipments?

To help you efficiently manage influencer sample applications and shipping processes while ensuring real-time synchronization of collaboration information, Influx’s **【Sample application】** feature has been fully optimized to streamline end-to-end management—from outreach and review to fulfillment—empowering teams to enhance operational efficiency and refine the influencer collaboration experience.

## **Need to send a sample?**

In Influx’s 【Campaign > Campaign management】, once an influencer’s status progresses to 【Reply to creators】, you can **【move on to the next step】** based on sample shipping needs:

* Select 【Yes】, and the influencer’s status will move to **【Sample application review pending】**. The next step requires you to go to the Sample Application page to review the influencer’s sample request.
* Select 【No】, and the influencer’s status will move to**【Content pending】**. You can continue discussing content production details with the influencer in the Message Center.

## How to review sample applications?

Navigate to **【Invitation > Sample application】**, where you can centrally manage all sample requests from both open and targeted invitation campaigns.

This module allows administrators to filter by **Shop, Creator name, Sample application status** and other dimensions, view complete data and track team member operational records to comprehensively monitor collaboration efficiency and performance.

### 1. Approve an Influencer’s Sample Application

#### Clicking **【Approve】** indicates approval of the influencer’s sample request.

#### You can choose to add the influencer to **a specific campaign** to track their status progression, or opt **not to add them to any campaign** and directly monitor sample delivery status in the Sample Application page.

#### After approving the sample application, the influencer’s status in Influx will automatically update t&#x6F;**【Awaiting shipment】** and synchronize with the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center. You may then proceed to arrange sample shipments.

#### When the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center detects that you have shipped the sample, the influencer’s status in Influx will automatically sync to **【Shipping】**.

#### Once the sample is delivered, the influencer’s status will automatically update to **【Content pending】**, remaining fully synchronized with the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.

### 2. Reject an Influencer’s Sample Application

#### Clicking **【Reject】** indicates that you have declined the influencer’s sample request.
