Influx sends direct messages through the official cloud backend, allowing you to perform other operations during sending without affecting store and account activities.
Q2. How to authorize a TikTok Shop store?
Path 1: Authorize via TikTokShop App Store
Go to the TikTok Shop Seller Center's App Store, locate Influx, click the [Install] button, follow the steps to complete authorization, and then log back into Influx.
Path 2: Authorize Stores Within System
After creating an Influx account, go to [Personal Center > Shop List], select store type following the guide, and click [Next] to jump to TikTok Shop seller center authorization.
Q3.Can only US and SEA region stores be authorized?
Yes. Other regions will be supported in future versions.

Data Update Rules:
Sales Creators Data: Updates every 36 hours to ensure you access the latest performance metrics and collaboration trends.
Non-Sales Creators Data: Updates every 7 days for general profile information.
Q2. Can I find creators who collaborated with competitors?
Yes. Go to [Explore by Keywords], search competitor brands/products to find these creators and instantly identify viral content opportunities.
Q3. Why do filtered creators show limited results?
Reasons:
Data Accessibility: Some creators haven’t disclosed full data.
Update Timeliness: Unupdated data may not match current filters.
Solutions:
Broaden Filters: Adjust criteria (e.g., expand follower ranges).
Use Keyword Search: Add vertical niche keywords to improve coverage.
Q4. Are there creator invitation limits?
Trial campaigns support up to 500 creators. Create multiple campaigns to invite more.
Q5. Can I filter already invited creators?
Supported. Before adding creators to campaigns, you can filter out those already invited or replied across all campaigns. When sending bulk DMs or emails, edit recipients to exclude creators previously invited or replied to in any campaign.
3. DM & Targeted Invitations
Q1. US official DM quota details
TikTok US Creator Targeted Invitation New Rules Update:
The maximum number of daily targeted bulk invitations is now determined by store GMV. Previously, both local and cross-border stores had a daily cap of 10,000 invitations. Under the new rules, the limit is based on the store's GMV over the past 30 days.

Under $2K GMV: 2,000 creators/week (creators ≤20K followers)
2K−50K GMV: 7,000 creators/week

Q2. Does it support WhatsApp outreach?

Q3. Why can’t I message some creators?
These creators may not have enabled product showcases or joined the TikTok Affiliate Program (Affiliated).
Q4. DM restrictions/Why do messages fail to send?
Trial period: No restrictions (paid tiers limited by plan).
Official restrictions:
Store region must match creator's marketplace (e.g., US stores → US creators; SEA contacts may fail)
US: Weekly creator/follower limits based on 30-day GMV data (SEA: no restrictions)
Max 5 unreplied DMs per creator to avoid harassment
Q5. Can’t set store ad commissions for Targeted Invitations?
TikTok hasn’t opened ad commission APIs. Targeted Invitations do not support automatic ad commission syncing.
Q6. Why did only some DMs/Targeted Invitations send after an hour?
During peak usage, tens of thousands of Targeted Invitations queue in the system. Off-peak, sending 500 invitations takes 3-5 minutes.

Q1. What email domains are used to send invitations?
When using Influx's bulk email feature, you will utilize our high-reputation domain pool. These domains have established strong credibility through long-term operation, significantly reducing the risk of being flagged as spam.
If using Influx's domain pool, the system automatically displays your registered email prefix as the sender name.
Q2. What are the email open rates?
EDM average open rates range from 70% to 80%, with reply rates reaching 5% to 8%.
Q3. How to verify brand email domains?
Standard process:
Create a subdomain: Contact your operations team or domain registrar to establish a subdomain.
Submit for verification: Enter this subdomain on the email verification page.
Configure DNS records: Add specified DNS information through your DNS hosting provider to complete verification.

Day 1: 500 emails
Day 2: 2,000 emails

Video data updates in real-time daily, ensuring you always have access to the latest campaign performance metrics.
Q2. How to batch capture TikTok video link view counts?
Navigate to [Campaign Management > Batch Edit > Batch Edit Video Links], upload TikTok video links in bulk via Excel.
After uploading, track video view counts and engagement metrics in [Dashboard > Uploaded Videos].
