# V09 | Creator CRM Now Available

To help you accurately identify high-quality influencers from past collaborations, Influx has launched the new **Creator CRM** feature, building traceable data assets to significantly improve invitation success rates.

## ✨ **Key Feature Highlights:**

Navigate to **\[Influencer Management > Creator CRM]** in Influx to view and manage all your influencer resources through multiple dimensions including influencer name, tags, collaboration status, and update time - enabling precise targeting of reusable high-quality relationships.

### 1. Comprehensive Historical Records

Aggregates all previously collaborated influencer data at organizational level, covering key information:

* Region, Follower count, tags
* Number of **invitations sent**, Number of **collaborations**
* Recent promotional campaigns
* Current **collaboration status**, Last **contact time**

Precisely filter top-performing influencers to reduce blind outreach costs and make every connection more effective.

Click any influencer to access their complete profile page:

**Basic Information:**

* User name, Followers, Category, Region

**Public Data:**

* Sales performance, Videos, Followers, Video analytics

**Collaboration Information:**

Displays influencer marketing campaign details after invitation status, including:

* Campaign name, Status, **Video GMV**, Campaign uploaded videos

**Additional Information:**

Supports manual entry of key details like:

* **Quotations, Contact methods, Sample shipping addresses**

All team members can view and update information in real-time, ensuring transparent collaboration and efficient communication synchronization!
