Datech Influx currently does not support disconnecting from TikTok Shop within the app. If you wish to disconnect from Tiktok Shop, you can follow the steps below:

Log in to your TikTok Shop seller center, and navigate to Apps and services > App store.

Click on the three dots on the upper right corner and select My apps and incidents.

Find the Influx - Affiliate Outreach and Influencer Marketing Platform.

Click on the three dots on the right hand side and select cancel.

Confirm to cancel authorization.
