Connect TikTok Shops
🤔 Why Do I Have to Connect a TikTok Shop?
To send direct messages and targeted invitations to potential collaborating TikTok influencers.
Create campaigns to specifically promote your products to increase exposure and sales.
To check the data of the videos posted by TikTok Shop influencers and the sales of your shop.
There are 3 ways to help you quickly and seamlessly connect your TikTok Shops.
Method 1: Install from the TikTok Shop App Store
Login to your TikTok Shop seller center and navigate to Apps & Services > App Store.
Find the Datech Influx listing page by searching keyword for "influx".
It's worth noting that Datech Influx currently supports connecting with TikTok US Shops and TikTok Shops in the SEA market. Other marketplaces will be supported in the future versions.
Click the "Install" button on the top right corner, a pop-up window will remind you to confirm the installation.
Enter your email and click "Confirm to Install".
Then slide to the bottom to check agree to the terms and click the "Authorize" button to complete the authorization.
After that, you will be directed to the Influx registration page, where you can create a Influx account.
Once you log in, click on your account information in the upper right corner of the page, select Shop list, and you will see that your TikTok Shop is now connected.
Method 2: Connect from Influx
Click here and create a Influx account.
Once you log in:
Click on your account information in the upper right corner of the page
Select Shop list
Click “Add a new shop” in the upper right corner
Select the marketplace where your shop is located
Click the “Connect” button in the lower right corner
Select your TikTok Shop type and click on the "Next" button.
It's worth noting that Datech Influx currently supports connecting with TikTok US Shops and TikTok Shops in the SEA market. Other marketplaces will be supported in the future versions.
You will then be taken to the Apps & Services > App Store page in your TikTok Shop seller center, where a pop-up will remind you to confirm the installation.
Enter your email and click "Confirm to Install".
Then slide to the bottom to check agree to the terms and click the "Authorize" button to complete the authorization.
Finally, back to Influx, you will see that your TikTok Shop is now connected in the Shop List page.
Method 3: Connect to Multiple TikTok Shops
If you want to connect to multiple TikTok Shops, you can follow these steps:
Click here to log in to your influx account.
Once you log in:
Click on your account information in the upper right corner of the page
Select Shop list
Click “Add a new shop” in the upper right corner
Select the marketplace where your shop is located
Click the “Connect” button in the lower right corner
It's worth noting that Datech Influx currently supports connecting with TikTok US Shops and TikTok Shops in the SEA market. Other marketplaces will be supported in the future versions.
Login to your TikTok Shop seller center with another store account.
You will then be taken to the Apps & Services > App Store page in your TikTok Shop seller center, where a pop-up will remind you to confirm the installation.
Enter your email and click "Confirm to Install".
Then slide to the bottom to check agree to the terms and click the "Authorize" button to complete the authorization.
Return to Influx, you will see that your TikTok Shop is now connected in the Shop List page.
Continue following the above steps to connect more TikTok Shops.
