Step 1: Create Your First Campaign

📍 Where to start:

Go to Campaign > Campaign Management and click Create (top-right corner).

Name your campaign and select its purpose:

Product Promotion: Boost sales by partnering with creators who showcase products.
Content Promotion: Increase brand awareness for non-purchasable services or non-sales-focused campaigns.

Pro Tip:

Add a TikTok Shop Product ID if promoting a specific item!

Step 2: Find Your Perfect Influencers

🔍 Discover and filter creators:

Head to Discover Influencer to explore creators.

Use keywords or filter by 18+ metrics (e.g., engagement rate, audience demographics).

Check the boxes next to your top picks and click Add to Campaign.

Step 3: Invite Influencers to Collaborate

💌 Reach out effortlessly:

Go to Campaign Management and select your campaign.

Choose influencers and click:

Direct Messages: Send TikTok DMs.
Send Email: Use pre-built templates or customize your own.
Target Collaboration: Send a tailored partnership invite.

📩 Track invitations:

Status updates from Not Invited → Invited once messages are sent.

Step 4: Manage Communication & Negotiations

📬 Stay organized in one place:

Visit Invitation > Message Center to view all sent/received messages.

This hub handles everything: negotiations, content reviews, and final approvals!

Step 5: Finalize Partnerships & Send Samples

🎁 Seal the deal:

In your campaign, update influencer statuses:

Invited Sent → Collaborated (for confirmed partners).
Add collaborators to Shortlist (status: Shortlisted).

Click Send Samples, upload tracking numbers, and watch statuses update:

Shortlisted → Shipping → Shipped (when samples arrive).

Step 6: Review Content & Approve Drafts

🎥 Collaborate on creative work:

Once samples arrive (Shipped status), click Invite to Upload Drafts.

Share the link with creators to upload drafts via Campaign > My Campaign.

Review drafts (Drafted status):

Add feedback with Comment on Drafts.
Click Confirm as Final Version to lock in content (status: Ready to be Published).

Step 7: Track Performance & Celebrate Wins

📊 Measure your success:

Go to Dashboard > Shop Videos to analyze:

Sales Metrics: GMV, units sold, average order value.
Engagement Data: Views, likes, shares, comments.

Click any video for detailed product performance!
