# V03 | Email Follow-Up is Now Live

When it comes to working with TikTok creators, the first email doesn’t always get a response. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Influx’s brand-new **Email Follow-Up feature** — giving you the power to send second, third, or even more follow-up emails based on how your outreach is performing.

This feature is designed to help you fine-tune your communication strategy and dramatically improve reply rates with smarter, more targeted follow-ups.

## **✨ Key Highlights:**

### **1. Fully Customizable Follow-Ups**

In any campaign, you can now choose to follow up with creators who haven’t opened or replied to your initial email. Whether you're targeting unresponsive or disengaged recipients, you can boost visibility and increase your chances of hearing back.

### **2. Flexible Email Content**

Follow-up emails can be completely customized to fit your campaign goals. You can reuse your original email content or create new variations for A/B testing to optimize performance and increase engagement.

## **How to Use the Email Follow-Up Feature?**

{% step %}

#### **Go to Help Center > Email and click on Send History on the right-hand side.**

Here, you'll see detailed performance metrics for each email campaign that involved creator outreach — including delivery rates, open rates, unopened percentages, and reply rates.
