Itβs important to note that Datech ShopSync currently only supports connections with TikTok US Shops (both local and cross-border). If your TikTok Shop is not targeting the US market, this is likely the reason for the connection issue.
If you do have a TikTok US Shop and are still unable to connect, please reach out to us via email (support@datech.ai ) for assistance.
To create a mapping, you need to ensure that you have connected your Shopify store and TikTok Shop. Once connected, the system will then automatically map them for you.
