1. I already have products in my TikTok Shop. Do I need to sync my Shopify products to TikTok Shop again?
If you already have the same products as Shopify, you do not need to repeat the product sync process but create product mapping through ShopSync.
2. My TikTok Shop already has products. Why do I need to create product mapping?
ShopSync needs to know the correspondence between your TikTok Shop and Shopify products, for example, which Shopify product corresponds to Product A in your TikTok Shop. Only then can ShopSync help you sync TikTok Shop orders to the Shopify seller center when a user purchases a Product A, and deduct the inventory for Product A. Otherwise, ShopSync will not be able to successfully sync orders from TikTok Shop to Shopify.
3. Will any changes I make to products in Shopify automatically sync to TikTok Shop when I create mapping?
Yes, provided you have successfully created the mapping and have enabled the auto-sync feature for products, prices, and inventory.
4. Can ShopSync sync products from TikTok Shop to Shopify?
If you want to sync products from TikTok Shop to Shopify as new products, then ShopSync does not support this. ShopSync allows you to create mapping between TikTok Shop products and Shopify products that have the same SKU code.
5. Does ShopSync support mapping TikTok Shop variants to Shopify products?
ShopSync only supports mapping at the product level, not at the SKU level. This means that ShopSync does not support mapping multiple variants of a single TikTok Shop product to multiple Shopify products.
6. How to unmap a product?
You can create a copy of the incorrectly mapped product in TikTok Shop, then delete the original product to unmap it, and finally remap the copy to the correct Shopify product.
7. Why can't I find Shopify products when I manually map TikTok Shop Products?
Please make sure the product name you entered is correct, and check whether the status of the Shopify product you want to map is active or not. 8. Sync status shows "Warehouse deletes when product receives updates". How to fix it?
This is because your TikTok Shop products are set up with multiple warehouses, but ShopSync only supports syncing one inventory. This results in the error message during synchronization, preventing the information from other inventories from being synced.
We recommend that you go to the TikTok Shop Seller Center to modify the inventory configuration of your products, assigning them to only one warehouse, and then remap the products in ShopSync.
