Global Filter

In the upper right corner of the page, you will find your user account, mapped stores, customer service contact, and help center.

• User Account: Here, you can view your email, your order sync credits, and the amount of order synchronization you have already used.

• Mapped Stores: You can select from all the stores that have been mapped here.

• Customer Service Contact: In addition to live chat, you can also reach us via Email, WhatsApp, or WeChat.

• Help Center: When you encounter problems in the course of use, you may be able to find answers here. You can also search for product usage tutorials, product introductions and product feature milestones here on your own.

Dashboard

This is primarily display the product status and sales of the TikTok Shop you are selected.

Product Statistics

• Total number of products: The total number of products in all status in the TikTok Shop.

• Total number of SKU: The total number of SKU for all products in the TikTok Shop.

• Sales: The cumulative sales for the TikTok Shop.

• Conversion rate: Conversion rate = (Number of products with sales in the TikTok Shop / Total products) * 100%

Product Status

• Active: The number of total products in the TikTok Shop that are in "active" status.

• Draft: The number of total products in the TikTok Shop that are in "draft" status.

• Pending: The number of total products in the TikTok Shop that are in "pending" status.

• Others: The number of total products in the TikTok Shop that are in statuses other than the above.

Order Statistics

• Total number of orders: The cumulative orders for the TikTok Shop you selected.

• GMV: The cumulative sales amount for the TikTok Shop you selected.

• Average transaction value: Average order value = (Total sales amount for the TikTok Shop / Number of customers who made purchases) * 100%.

• Total number of buyers: The cumulative buyers for the TikTok Shop you selected.

• 7-day bar chart: Includes data for the past 7 days, including today. The vertical axis represents sales amount, and hovering over shows the daily orders, sales amount, average order value, and daily buyers.

Order Sync Status

• Here you can view the cumulative orders that have not yet been synced to Shopify, the number of orders successfully synced to Shopify, and the number of orders that failed to sync.

Order Fulfillment Status

• Here you can view the cumulative number of orders that have not been fulfilled, the number of orders that have been partially shipped, and the number of orders that have been shipped.

Best-Selling Products

• Here you can view the total sales, 7-day sales, 30-day sales, total GMV, 7-day GMV, and 30-day GMV for the top 10 products with the highest cumulative GMV in the TikTok Shop you selected.
