# Products On this page, you can easily manage your products between Shopify and TikTok Shop. {% tabs %} {% tab title="Shopify" %} ## Shopify This TAB displays all your Shopify products. *** ### Filters > You can filter products by product dimension, SKU dimension, sync status, and Shopify product status. 1. **Product Dimension** * [**Product ID**](#user-content-fn-1)[^1]: This is the product ID of your item on Shopify. * **Product Code**: / * **Product Title:** This is the name displayed for your products on Shopify. 2. **SKU Dimension** * [**SKU ID**](#user-content-fn-2)[^2]: This is the ID of your product variant on Shopify. * [**SKU Code**](#user-content-fn-3)[^3]: This is the name of your product variant on Shopify.
3. **Sync Status** * **Sync failed**: Products that did not successfully sync to TikTok Shop. * **Update failed**: Products for which the information update failed. * **Synced**: Products that have been successfully synced to TikTok Shop. * **Not synced**: Products that have not yet been synced.
4. **Shopify Product Status** * **Active**: the product details are complete and the product is ready to be sold. * **Draft**: the product details need to be completed before the product can be sold. * **Archived**: the product details are complete, but the product is no longer for sale. When you archive a product, it's hidden from your storefront and from the main product list in your Shopify admin.
*** ### Batch Sync Sync all products in one click, including product titles, descriptions, media, SKUs, inventory and price. {% hint style="danger" %} It's important to ensure that you have filled out all required product information, such as *product status, brand, shipping details, and category*, before using the **Batch Sync** feature. If you haven't completed these fields, you'll need to fill them out individually in the pop-up window efore you can sync your products. {% endhint %} You can use category templates to bulk update the required information for products within the same category. *** ### Fetch Products: If you can't find a Shopify product in the dashboard or if you've updated product information in Shopify but ShopSync hasn't synced it promptly, try clicking the "**Fetch Products**" button to retrieve the latest product information.
*** ### Product List: > This product list allows you to manage the product information (product title/ID, product status, auto-sync, product type, price, SKU, inventory, sync status, reason for failure, actions) and variant information (price, inventory, status, actions) that you want to sync to TikTok Shop from multiple dimensions. 1. **Product Information** * **Product Title**: The name and image displayed for your product on Shopify. * **Product ID**: The product ID for your item on Shopify, which is a string of numbers located above the product name. * **Product Status**: The status of the product in the Shopify Seller Center, including Active, Draft, Archived. * [**Auto-Sync**](/shopsync/getting-started/how-to-sync-shopify-products-to-tiktok-shop.md#what-is-auto-sync): When you enable the auto-sync switch for an individual product, ShopSync will automatically sync any changes you make to the product's title, description, media, SKU information (including inventory and price) in the Shopify Seller Center to TikTok Shop (*provided you have enabled the global product auto-sync switch on the settings preference page*). If the auto-sync switch for an individual product is disabled, all changes made in the Shopify Seller Center will not be automatically synced to ShopSync and TikTok Shop. * **Product Type**: The label that describes the group or category to which your product belongs in Shopify. * **Price**: The selling price of the product on Shopify. * **SKU**: The number of variants for the product. * **Inventory**: The total inventory across all variants. * [**Sync Status**](#filter): Categorized as Sync failed, Update failed, Synced, Not synced. * **Reason for Failure**: The reason why the product did not successfully sync to TikTok Shop.
* **Actions**: * **Sync**: After clicking the **Sync** button, the system will check the selected products. If any required product information is incomplete, an editing window will pop up, prompting you to provide the missing information. If all required product information is complete, the selected products will be automatically synced to TikTok Shop. * **Edit**: Click the **Edit** button to enter the product editing page, where you can customize the required fields for TTS, such as product title, description, media, category, variant information, etc. {% hint style="info" %} For fields common to both Shopify and TikTok Shop, editing is currently not supported; if you need to edit, please return to the Shopify Seller Center. {% endhint %} 2. **Variant Information** * **Product Variant Information**: Here, it displays the SKU's image, title, SKU ID (a string of numbers located on the left side above the title), and SKU code (a description located on the right side above the title). * **Price**: The selling price of each variant on Shopify. * **Inventory**: The inventory of each variant on Shopify. * **Status**: The sync status of each variant. * **Actions**: * **Sync SKU**: After clicking the **Sync SKU** button, the system will check the variants of the selected products. If any required product information is incomplete, an editing window will pop up, prompting you to provide the missing information. If all required product information is complete, the selected product variants will be automatically synced to TikTok Shop.
{% endtab %} {% tab title="Products Synced to TikTok Shop" %} ## Products Synced to TikTok Shop This TAB displays all products that have been synchronized to TikTok Shop through ShopSync, or products that have an established mapping, regardless of their status. *** ### Filters > You can filter products by product dimension, SKU dimension, TikTok Shop product status, and TikTok Shop category dimension. 1. **Product Dimension** * [**Product ID**](#user-content-fn-4)[^4]: The product ID of your item on TikTok Shop. * **Product Code**: / * **Product Title**: The name displayed for your product on TikTok Shop. 2. **SKU Dimension** * **SKU ID**: The ID of your product variant on TikTok Shop. * [**SKU Code**](#user-content-fn-5)[^5]: The name of your product variant on TikTok Shop.
3. **TTS Product Status** * **Activate**: A product in the activate status is visible to TikTok Shop users and available for purchase. * **Deleted**: A product you have deleted at Tiktok Shop. All historical data, including purchases, financial reports, etc. will be removed from the platform. * **Draft**: A product in the draft status is not visible to TikTok Shop users. * **Failed**: A product is in the failed status if the product fails the review by TikTok. * **Freeze**: The product has been frozen by TikTok for violating TikTok Shop policies. * **Pending**: A product is in the Pending status when it is being reviewed by TikTok. * **Platform deactivated**: The product has been deactivated by TikTok. You may edit the product information and re-submit for review, which will put the product into the pending status. * **Seller deactivated**: The product has been deactivated by the seller. This removes the product from the shelf and from visibility to consumers. You can reactivate this product at any time.
4. **Category** This section displays all categories of products that have been synchronized to TikTok Shop.

*** ### Bulk Auto-map: The feature allows you to map TikTok Shop products to your existing Shopify products in bulk. Based on consistent SKU names and quantities, Bulk Auto-map feature creates a one-to-one mapping between TikTok Shop products and Shopify products. {% hint style="info" %} If your product has not filled in the SKU name, the batch auto-mapping function will not have to take effect, but you can do it manually. {% endhint %}
{% hint style="danger" %} If you enable [auto-sync](/shopsync/getting-started/how-to-sync-shopify-products-to-tiktok-shop.md#what-is-auto-sync), once successfully mapped, TikTok Shop product information will automatically be overwritten by Shopify product information. For cross-border Shop products, Shopify's product information will override the corresponding TikTok Shop global and local products. If you do not want TikTok Shop product information to be overwritten, please turn off the auto-sync feature on the 【**Settings】** page before creating a mapping. {% endhint %} *** ### Fetch Products: If you can't find a specific TikTok Shop product in this panel, or if you've updated product information in the TikTok Shop Seller Center but ShopSync hasn't synced it in time, you can try clicking the "**Fetch Products**" button to get the latest product information.
