# How to Connect TikTok Shop?

## Connect TikTok Shop

There are 3 ways to help you quickly and seamlessly connect your TikTok Shops.

### **Method 1: Install from the TikTok Shop App Store**

Login to your TikTok Shop seller center and navigate to **Apps & Services > App Store**

Find the Datech ShopSync listing page by searching keyword for "**shopsync**".

It's worth noting that Datech ShopSync currently supports connecting with TikTok Shops in the US market. Other marketplaces will be supported in the future versions.

Click the "**Install"** button on the top right corner, a pop-up window will remind you to confirm the installation.&#x20;

Enter your email and click "**Confirm to Install**".

Then slide to the bottom to check agree to the terms and click the "**Authorize**" button to complete the authorization.

After that,  you will be directed to the [ShopSync registration page](https://app.datech.ai/login/sign-up), where you can create a ShopSync account.

Once you log in, you will be taken to the user guide page, and you will see that your TikTok Shop is now connected.

### Method 2: Connect from ShopSync

[Click here](https://app.datech.ai/login/sign-up) and create a ShopSync account.

Once you log in, you will be taken to the user guide page. Click "**Connect TikTok Shop**" under the first step, and then click the "**Connect"** button in the lower right corner.

Select your TikTok Shop and click on the "**Next**" button.

You will then be taken to the Apps & Services > App Store page in your TikTok Shop seller center, where a pop-up will remind you to confirm the installation.&#x20;

Enter your email and click "**Confirm to Install**".

Then slide to the bottom to check agree to the terms and click the "**Authorize**" button to complete the authorization.

Finally, on the user guide page, you will see that your TikTok Shop is now connected.

### **Method 3: Connect to Multiple TikTok Shops** <a href="#method-3-connect-to-multiple-shopify-stores" id="method-3-connect-to-multiple-shopify-stores"></a>

If you want to connect to multiple TikTok Shops, you can follow these steps:<br>

Navigate to **Settings > Shop > Link to Shops**, and click the "**Add New Link**" button next to the TikTok Shop icon in the top right corner.

Login to your TikTok Shop seller center with another store account.

You will then be taken to the Apps & Services > App Store page in your TikTok Shop seller center, where a pop-up will remind you to confirm the installation.&#x20;

Enter your email and click "**Confirm to Install**".&#x20;

Then slide to the bottom to check agree to the terms and click the "**Authorize**" button to complete the authorization.

Return to ShopSync, and under **Settings > Shop > Link to Shops > Shopify**, you will see that your new TikTok Shop is now linked.

## Disconnect TikTok Shop

Datech ShopSync currently does not support disconnecting from TikTok Shop within the app. If you wish to disconnect from Tiktok Shop, you can follow the steps below：

Log in to your TikTok Shop seller center, and navigate to **Apps and services > App store**.

Click on the three dots on the upper right corner and select **My apps and incidents**.

Find the **TikTok for Shopify by Datech Shopsync.**

Click on the three dots on the right hand side and select cancel.

Confirm to cancel authorization.
