ShopSync is a TikTok Shop Connector application developed independently by leveraging proprietary technology. It is designed to seamlessly to automatically synchronize all online products, inventory, categories, orders and fulfillment information.

When you log in to ShopSync for the first time, you will be taken to the User Guide page. On this page you will need to follow the instructions to connect your Shopify store and TikTok Shop before you use ShopSync.
It's worth noting that Datech ShopSync currently supports connecting with TikTok Shops in the US market. Other marketplaces will be supported in the future versions.
Once your Shopify and TikTok Shop are connected, navigate to the γSettingsγ page where you first set your synchronization preferences.
Go to γPreferences --- Default Shipping Informationγ and add the product weight and dimensions for your products, but only if all your products have the same weight and dimensions. After clicking the "Save" button, ShopSync will automatically populate the weight and dimensions fields for all your products with the values you filled in.
If your products have different weights and dimensions, you will need to navigate to the γProductsγ page and fill in the corresponding weight and dimension for each product.
Scroll down the page to find the γProduct Sync Rules, Inventory Sync Rules, and Price Sync Rulesγ. Based on your preferences, you can choose to enable or disable the auto sync button, set the quantity of inventory for sales on TikTok Shop, and establish different prices for TikTok Shop products compared to Shopify's.
After completing the preferences, navigate to γCategories - Categories unmappedγ. Click on each pencil icon under the title "Category on TikTok Shop" to select the correct category for them on TikTok Shop, and finally click the "Map" button to complete the mapping.
Navigate to γCategories mappedγ, where you can use the category template to bulk edit product information (product status, brand, weight, dimensions, attributes, size chart, etc.) for products within the same category. The same process applies to other categories as well.
Once you have filled out all the category templates, navigate to γProducts --- Shopifyγ. This page lists all your listing Shopify products. Select the products you want to sync to TikTok Shop and click the "Batch Sync" button in the upper right corner. After a few seconds, you will see a success message indicating that the sync was successful.
On the γProducts Synced to TikTok Shopγ page, you can view all the products that have been successfully synced to TikTok Shop.
So far, you have successfully synced your Shopify products to TikTok Shop. You can now focus on increasing your brand visibility and attracting new customers on TikTok by creating engaging content.
