It’s important to note that Datech ShopSync currently only supports connections with TikTok US Shops (both local and cross-border). If your TikTok Shop is not targeting the US market, this is likely the reason for the connection issue.&#x20;

<summary><strong>2. Creating mapping is not working. What should I do?</strong></summary>

To create a mapping, you need to ensure that ***you have connected your Shopify store and TikTok Shop***. Once connected, the system will then automatically map them for you.
