In the previous version, once you enabled the automatic sync option in the preference settings, you couldn't disable it for certain products.
However, in the latest version, ShopSync has added an automatic sync toggle for each product, allowing you to customize which product's information will sync or will not sync to TikTok Shop automatically after you update them in Shopify.

ShopSync now supports bulk mapping of TikTok Shop products and Shopify products using SKU codes as the dimension.
1️⃣Simply log in to your ShopSync account.
2️⃣ Navigate to Products > Unmapped products on TikTok Shop, and click the "Bulk auto-map" button.
3️⃣ Confirm in the pop-up window that the Tiktok Shop product you want to map corresponds correctly with the Shopify product.
4️⃣ Click the "Map" button if they are correct. If there are products with incorrect correspondences, please go back and uncheck those products to perform the auto-mapping again.
Hint: for SKU mapping you have a specific need, please use manual mapping.

When your TikTok Shop orders cannot be successfully synced to Shopify, or your fulfillment status and information has not been successfully synchronized to TikTok Shop. ShopSync will alert you via email to avoid delayed shipment, which may affect the health of your TikTok Shop account.
Please log in to your ShopSync account promptly to understand why the order synchronization failed and resolve it.
Hint: if you don't want to receive email notifications, navigate to Settings > Preference > Email notifications, then turn off the switch.

You can modify the title, price, and images of variants displayed on TikTok Shop in ShopSync.
1️⃣ Simply log in to your ShopSync account.
2️⃣ Navigate to Products > Shopify, select the product you want to edit.
3️⃣ Scroll to the variation list.
4️⃣ You can control the corresponding fields by selecting from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner. Choosing "Follow Shopify" means that the variant information will follow the content displayed for your product on Shopify. Selecting "Customize" allows you to edit how this variant is presented on TikTok Shop.
5️⃣ After making your edits, don’t forget to click the "Save" button.
