Influx offers multiple channels to help you connect and collaborate with TikTok Shop influencers in your niche. Once you’ve created a campaign, identified your ideal TikTok influencers, and added them to the campaign, you can reach out through email, direct messaging (DM), or targeted collaboration plans. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to use each method effectively.
In the email editor, craft your invitation message for collaboration. Influx provides various customization components to help you create a branded and engaging email.
Apply an Email Template
Click "Select a Template", then click "Apply" to populate the email body with a pre-made template. Customize the content based on your brand and product.
Create a Custom Email
Drag and drop elements (buttons, dividers, headers, body text, images, social media icons, and menus) into the email body.Click an element to edit its style, such as links, colors, size, and margins.To delete an element, select it and click the delete button in the top-right corner.
You can further customize your email-sending settings:
Schedule Send – Select a date and time for automatic email delivery.
Auto Follow-Up – If the recipient doesn’t open the email within 24 hours, Influx will resend it automatically.
Smart Sending – Influx analyzes past data to determine the best sending time and automatically optimizes the schedule.
Once your email is ready, click "Send" to deliver your invitation to TikTok creators.
In the DM editor, craft your invitation message for collaboration.
Shop – Choose the store you want to send the DM from.
Note: Ensure the store’s region matches the TikTok influencer’s region; otherwise, ineligible influencers will be filtered out.
Message Type – Choose between text-only messages or product card messages.
Recipients – The influencers you selected before opening the DM editor will be pre-selected. Click the "+" button to add or remove recipients.
Note: Some influencers may not be eligible due to region restrictions or missing storefronts.
Body – Write the message content.
Product Card – Select a product from the dropdown list, which automatically pulls items from your selected store.
Filter Influencers – Exclude certain influencers from receiving messages by setting these conditions:
Exclude influencers who have received X number of DMs (range: 1-5).
Exclude influencers who received a DM within the last X days (range: 1-7).
Note: Both conditions work as an intersection, meaning only creators meeting both criteria will be filtered out.
Preview – View the message in the right panel before sending.
You can create and send a TikTok Shop Target Collaboration through DM, which will sync to the TikTok Shop seller center.
Fields are identical to those in the TikTok Shop seller center.
In the collaboration plan editor, craft your invitation message for collaboration.
Target Collaboration Name – Use your campaign name or customize it. (max: 25 characters).
Shop – Select the store.
Note: Ensure the store region matches the influencer’s region.
Product – Choose the product you want the TikTok Shop influencers to promote. The dropdown will auto-load products from your selected store.
Commission Rate – Set the commission percentage for the influencers.
Offer Free Samples – Choose whether to provide free samples. If enabled, decide between automatic or manual approval for sample requests.
Message – Write an introduction to the collaboration offer.
Collaboration Valid Until – Set the expiration date for the invitation.
Contact Email – Provide your business contact email.
