How to Create an Influx Account?
Whether you're flying solo or working with a team, setting up your Influx account the right way is key to unlocking the full power of creator outreach. This guide walks you through how to create a main account (organization owner) and invite team members to register as sub-accounts (organization members) so you can collaborate seamlessly.
What’s a Main Account vs. a Sub-Account?
When you create an organization in Influx, you’re setting up a structured workspace where you and your team can work together efficiently.
Main Account: The first account that creates the organization. This person has full admin rights.
Sub-Accounts: Team members who join via the invitation link from the main account. They operate under the same organization.
All accounts in the same organization can:
💬 Share data
📤 Share sending limits
📄 Share export credits
🤝 Collaborate on creator outreach and campaign workflows
How to Register a Main Account?
When signing up for Influx for the first time, you'll be creating a new organization — this becomes your main account.
Enter Your Brand Name and Email
Fill in your company or brand name and your work email address.

Select "Create an Organization"
A pop-up will appear — choose the option to create a new organization.

Check Your Inbox for a Verification Code
We’ll send a one-time code to your email. Head over to your inbox and grab it.

Enter the Code and Set a Password
Go back to the sign-up page, enter the code, set your password, and complete the registration.

You're In!
Congrats — you're now the main account holder and admin of your organization. Time to explore Influx and kick off your creator marketing!
How to Register a Sub-Account?
Once your organization is set up, you can invite teammates to join and work with you through their own sub-accounts.
For the Main Account Admin:
Click Your Avatar in the top right corner

Select [Invite Members] from the dropdown menu

Click [Copy Link] in the pop-up

Share the link with your team via email, Slack, or anywhere else
For the Team Member:
Open the Invitation Link
This will take you to the registration page
Enter Your Work Email

Check Your Inbox for the Influx Code

Enter the Code and Set a Password

You're All Set!
You’re now part of your team’s Influx organization and ready to get started.
👀 A Few Quick Tips
🔐 Main accounts can assign custom roles and permissions to each sub-account.
🔄 All accounts within the same organization share sending limits and data exports, so you're always in sync.
📎 Make sure your team uses the invite link to sign up — otherwise, they'll end up creating a separate organization instead of joining yours.
