Need to reset your Influx account password? No worries — we’ve put two ways together this easy-to-follow guide to walk you through everything you need to know.
If you’re already logged into Influx, this is the fastest way!
Steps:
Log into your Influx account and click your profile icon at the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, click Reset Password.
In the popup window, click Get Code to receive a verification code in your registered email inbox.
Check your email, copy the verification code, and paste it into the field.
Once the code is verified, set your new password and confirm it.
Done! Your password has been successfully updated.
If you’re locked out of your account, no problem — you can still reset it.
Steps:
Click [] to go to the Influx login page.
Click the Forget Password button below the login form.
Enter the email address you used to register and click Next.
Check your inbox for the verification code and enter it into the system.
Once verified, set your new password and confirm it.
You’re all set — your password has been reset!
