As your list of TikTok shop influencers grows, managing them can quickly become a challenge. That’s why Influx offers a powerful Tag Management feature — designed to help you easily organize, filter, and batch-manage your influencers with precision.
With tags, you can group influencers by campaign stage, product interest, conversion performance, and more — giving you full control over your influencer operations.
Campaign Page: Go to Campaign Management, select a campaign, and manage the influencers under that campaign.
Favorites: Go to Influencer Management → Favorites, and manage your bookmarked influencers there.
Want to assign a brand-new tag to an influencer? You can create one directly in the tag editor.
Here’s how:
Head to the campaign’s Details Page.
Hover over the Tags column for any influencer, and click the pencil ✏️ icon.
In the pop-up editor, type your new tag name.
Choose the visibility setting:
Individual: Only you can see it
Organization: Visible to your entire team
The new tag will be created and automatically selected.
Click Save to apply the tag to that influencer.
Private tags are only visible to you; team-visible tags are shared across your organization.
You can tag influencers individually from either a Campaign page or the Favorites section to keep your influencer lists organized and filterable.
Steps:
Go to a Campaign Details Page or your Favorites.
Hover over the Tags column and click the pencil icon.
Check or uncheck the tags you want to assign or remove.
Click Save.
Each influencer can have up to 50 tags.
Once you’ve added tags, you can quickly filter influencers to find exactly who you’re looking for.
Steps:
At the top of the Campaign or Favorites page, click the Tags filter box.
Select one or multiple tags.
Influencers with any of the selected tags will be shown.
Need to create, edit, or delete tags in one place? Use the Tag Management Panel.
Steps:
In a Campaign or Favorites page, click the Manage Tags button inside the Tags filter box.
In the tag management window, you can:
Create new tags (private or team-wide)
Edit tag names or change visibility
Delete tags (note: only admins can delete team-wide tags)
All created tags will automatically appear in your influencer tagging editor so you can use them anytime.
Only admins can delete tags marked as team-visible.
Need to manage tags for multiple influencers at once? Save time with the Batch Tagging feature.
On a Campaign or Favorites page, select multiple influencers.
Click Batch Add Tags.
In the tag editor, check the tags you want to apply (you can also create new tags here).
Click Save — those tags will be added to all selected influencers.
Select multiple influencers.
Click Batch Delete Tags.
Select the tags you want to remove.
Hit Save to confirm.
